Aug 08, 2016 My Microsoft jigsaw puzzle stopped working, I click and nothing happens. It does not even give me the option to uninstall so that I could reinstall it. Original Title: paid for puzzles will not download My Microsoft jigsaw will not download any more puzzles. I notice my downloaded puzzles area looks like it is full. When I tried to download the European Tour puzzle it took my gold and did not give me the puzzle. Also I tried to download a free puzzle and that did not work. How does this get fixed? I usually do a puzzle every day so I am really missing these.

I want my puzzle or I want my gold credited back to me. I do not get any error messages. The download bar appears below the puzzle but does not download. The only software updated has been windows 10 updates. Thanks in advance:).

Please answer the below questions to assist you better. Is the system connected to Proxy server? Follow the below steps and check if it helps. Reset Windows Store Cache. I would suggest you reset the Windows app store and check if it helps to resolve the issue. Press Windows Key + R. Type, WSReset.exe and hit Enter.

I'm just trying to avoid senility by playing the boring games.

Also I did the windows key R and WSReset and all that did was bring me to store. I did not know what to do there, so I closed the window. I checked my puzzles and still cant download. Was there something more I needed to do on that page? Soooo I am going to try the trouble shooting steps.

It seems very complicated. Will let you know. Hope it gives me my gold back too. Is there any chance an update to Jigsaw will happen soon and fix whatever it is that wrong? That would be a lot easier for me. One little download and done!:) thanks for your help so far.

Hopefully the other problems will soon be fixed. Pretends to be Microsoft with bogus virus warning. Threatens to disable computer. Windows Defender found trojan:win32/vigorf.a in Magic Jigsaw. Loud ads suddenly blare out while working puzzles. Some ads try to install malware. This has gone from wonderful to stressful to use.

I look forward to using it again when over loud ads and other problems are fixed. Have enjoyed these puzzles for several years. At first play was smooth and no problem. Then the ads started to take over and cause pieces to freeze. Then there came the malware, which now seems to have been fixed, but the ads are worse than ever about slowing down play.

I just have dsl service but it was recently upgraded plus I have a new pc with great specs and still the puzzle freezes worse than ever with the constant ads and videos. Would definitely play more if the ads were not so frustrating. On a Surface Pro 4 with Windows Defender this app lets something initiate a edge window with a virus (possibly virus software ad) which demands that I call a number to get page unlocked. If I get out of the page they will lock up the Surface. It disabled all the exit options to remove the pages. It destroyed the Store App and locked the Magic Puzzle app so I could not delete it even after restarting Windows 10.

Had to run the App fix program from Microsoft which deleted the Puzzle app and restored the Store app. That allowed me to post this warning. I love these puzzles.

I have told everyone I know and I now have them all hooked on the puzzles as well. Thank you and keep adding great pictures and options. I would like to see more background options. Thank you again and LOVE MAGIC JIGSAW PUZZLE!!! Always recommend to my friends.

This has now become the main reason I am on my laptop and is my new hobby, it is almost better than doing a real puzzle. Keep it up and I will keep getting my friends and family hooked on this app.:) Please send us more pics as I am getting ready for some fun pics. I really enjoy the new games and fun activities. Love that you changed the puzzle pieces and make it challenging.brilliant idea.
